The terms of use.
By downloading or using Coloruno, you agree to the simple terms below. They cover what you can do with the app, what we promise, and what we don’t.
The agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and the developer of Coloruno (“we”, “us”). They apply each time you install, open, or play the Coloruno app on iPhone or iPad. If you don’t agree with them, please don’t use the app.
Coloruno is delivered through Apple’s App Store. Your use is also subject to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Where the two conflict, Apple’s EULA takes precedence over these terms in relation to the App Store.
Your license to use Coloruno
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Coloruno on Apple devices that you own or control, for your own non-commercial enjoyment.
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
- Resell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit the app or its content
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or attribution notices in the app
- Use the app to do anything unlawful, abusive, or that interferes with its intended use
Intellectual property
The Coloruno name, wordmark, app design, color palettes, gameplay, copy, and source code are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. The license above does not transfer any ownership.
Updates and availability
We may update Coloruno from time to time to add features, fix bugs, or keep it compatible with new iOS versions. We may also discontinue features or the app itself, change pricing, or restrict access at any time without notice.
Your data
How Coloruno handles information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
Disclaimer of warranties
Coloruno is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of Coloruno — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app will not exceed the amount you paid for it (which, for the free version, is zero).
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use Coloruno after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
